The national pundits are expecting the best real estate year in a nearly a decade, and our regional market is showing signs of promise as well. In our regional market there are similar indicators, especially with regard to single-family homes in Stowe, and the corridor from Waterbury through Lamoille County – recently identified as one of the fastest growing counties in Vermont. Inventory is shrinking and interest rates remain affordable — it would be terrific to move from a stable market into an appreciating market… only time will tell!
